The use of this Website is conditioned on the full acceptance of the terms and conditions described here. Therefore, by accessing our Website, we understand that you are aware of and agree to our conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, do not use this Website and do not contract our services. From time to time, we reserve the right to make changes without notice, so please ensure that you read this page carefully periodically to be aware of the most current version of our terms and conditions of use.

We never request personal information unless it is really necessary to provide the services we offer here. We never share users personal information with third parties except to comply with the law or with your full authorization, expressed verbally or through a power of attorney.

Considering that Mana Centre for Awareness Development carries out the sale of services over the Internet and considering the interest of the client in purchasing the services offered by Mana Centre for Awareness Development, the purpose of the present contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of services of the website www.manacentre.com.
Scheduling and Payment
All appointments must be made via Whatsapp directly with the responsible person or via links made available on the official website, on the linktree, via Newsletter, Calendly or Instagram.
Payment previously according to the specified prices is always in advance. The client has the option to make the payment online via Paypal, Stripe or presenting the proof of deposit in our bank account. The requested service will only be carried out after receiving of one of the two payment confirmations – except when previously agreed with the client.
Prices
Mana Centre for Awareness Development has the right to change the prices of its services without prior notice, according to tax increases, governmental actions or other factors that influence the monetary value of our work.
Specific Services
Healing Journey: The payment of the journey can be split monthly instalments, with no interest. However, all payment plans must be discussed and agreed via Whatsapp first. The client is responsible for committing with the scheduled payment dates, subjected to an additional fee of 3% of the full amount of the proposed journey, in case of unannounced payment delays. Warranty: in case of withdrawal of the client in the middle of the process, the full price of the consultations that have been already done will be charged, and the rest of the amount will be returned (in up to 30 business days after our confirmation via Whatsapp). The bookings in the Healing Journey are made only upon confirmation of payment of the full amount or first instalment. If the payment is not processed until 24 business hours after the proposal has been sent, the dates will be released for the next clients.
Pilot Meeting: This is a free mini one-to-one “first time” session lasting 15 minutes via video. To schedule, clients should click on the link indicated on the website or on the linktree, which will lead to self-scheduling via Calendly where there will be a form to fill out with contact information and questions relevant to the session. Or via WhatsApp.
Immediate Relief: is a “first time” individual session lasting 30 to 60 minutes where there will also be spiritual treatment. To schedule, only by sending proof of payment and filling out the form sent via WhatsApp (google forms) or on the scheduling platform (Calendly).
Cancellations and refunds
Services and events
No refunds, all sales are final, as we create the products individually and especially for you.
Digital products
We follow the terms of the platforms we are currently using, Hotmart, which gives the customer a warranty of 7 days after purchase to claim a full refund.
Using the Payment Plug-in and filling in forms
By using our Site and our services and by entering your details or confirming payment online, after expressing your clear consent, you authorize us to record and retain personal information only for the purpose of carrying out transactions, establishing contact, offering our products and services, maintaining communication and sending confirmations and updates of your processes, as well as responding to your questions and comments. This consent extends to emailing you a newsletter with news of products and services we offer that we feel may be of interest to you. We also use the Calendly platform for appointments. As already described in the privacy policy, you are free to cancel or limit this communication with us at any time.
Changes and cancellations
We understand that delays and unforeseen events may occur, but it is not Mana Centre for Awareness Developments responsibility to bear any costs or cancellation fees related to these unforeseen events. If a client misses the start of a course or an event, or arrives late for an appointment, no matter the reason, no refund will be made for the time/event missed.
Mana Centre for Awareness Development is also not responsible for cancellations caused by factors related to any natural cause, i.e.: disasters, fires, earthquakes, wars, governmental impositions, legal disputes or any reasons beyond our control.
Services provided by third parties
Mana Centre for Awareness Development works in partnership with various professionals, Websites and other third party companies (in particular Hotmart and Calendly). We take full responsibility for the safety, consistency and agility in fulfilling the contracted service. However, we are not responsible in relation to breach of contract by third parties: fees, damages, violations or any other type of problem caused by external websites that do not concern us.
Responsibility
We also assume fundamental responsibilities towards our customers and the services we offer. It is our responsibility to maintain a confidential, transparent, respectful, succinct, agile, truthful and consistent service. We reaffirm our commitment to providing a welcoming space that is fair and non-judgmental with respect to gender, race, ethnicity, background or financial status. Everything that falls under our jurisdiction and everything that happens within the company’s sphere is entirely our responsibility. We also take full responsibility for any failures and will always seek the best solution for our customers. Mana Centre for Awareness Development is always open to acknowledge mistakes and to respectful dialogue.

Suspension of Service
Mana Centre for Awareness Development reaffirms that it does not tolerate any kind of prejudice: sexism, homophobia, classism, racism or xenophobia are out of this platform! We reserve the right to terminate the service of any client who misbehave or display behaviour incompatible with our core values of equality, dignity and respect.
German law
The Mana Centre for Awareness Development is based in Berlin, Germany. Therefore, this website and the contracted services are bound by German law. The service contract established between Mana Centre for Awareness Development and our customers is subject to the existing laws and legal processes under the current legislation related to e-commerce and data protection of the European Union directives of digital commerce.
